The ShadowBall Academy® is a leading rugby skills development program. Through the program players improve their passing skills, accuracy and overall confidence to gain an edge over the competition.
Includes levels from Beginner to Pro; positional and super ball skills tailored to each level; skills grading system indicating skill level; hands-on coaching and mentorship with max 8 players to 1 coach; up to 4 sessions per week and sessions available Monday to Friday Situated at various venues in Johannesburg Gauteng.
PRIVATE COACHING
- 3 Level Group specific sessions with not more than 8 players to 1 coach.
- 1 on 1 position specific training with one of our former pro players.
